Lopez went 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-7 loss to Detroit.

Lopez walked and scored on a Jorge Soler three-run home run in the eighth inning. In the ninth, Lopez hit a single and scored on Soler's three-RBI double. The 26-year-old Lopez hadn't produced multiple hits in a game since April 20. He's slashing .220/.327/.308 with no home runs, two stolen bases, seven RBI and 17 runs scored in 111 plate appearances. With only four hits in his last 35 at-bats, Lopez has gone fairly cold at the plate.

Gimenez went 0-for-2 but was hit by a pitch, stole a base and scored a run in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Cubs.

Gimenez got aboard after he was plunked by Cubs starter Adbert Alzolay in the fifth inning. He then stole second and scored on a Cesar Hernandez two-run homer. Through 80 plate appearances, Gimenez has two home runs, four stolen bases, five RBI and nine runs scored. He'll likely remain in a platoon role with Amed Rosario at shortstop for the foreseeable future.

Polanco went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Tuesday against the White Sox.

Polanco took Dylan Cease yard in the second inning to record his third home run of the season. After logging only three extra-base hits in his first 19 games, Polanco now has five doubles, one triple and three home runs across his last 10 contests. His overall line has steadily improved to .246/.313/.404 with 15 RBI and 16 runs scored across 128 plate appearances.

Frazier went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Reds.

The eighth-inning shot off Sean Doolittle was Frazier's first homer of the year. The 29-year-old extended his hitting streak to 12 games in the process, and he's batted a dazzling .340 (17-for-50) over that stretch, although he has only one steal, two RBI and six runs to show for it.

Manager Luis Rojas said McNeil (cramps) didn't pull a muscle and feels like he "dodged a bullet" Tuesday against the Orioles Justin Toscano of The Bergen Record reports.

The cramping began in the 29-year-old's legs before spreading to his back, but it shouldn't present any long-term issues. McNeil should be considered day-to-day and may not miss much time, if any, though his status for Wednesday's series finale is in doubt with a quick turnaround for the 12:10 ET start.

Marte (hamstring) hopes to begin a rehab assignment Thursday or Friday, Zach Buchanan of The Athletic reports.

The 27-year-old has been on the shelf for over a month with the hamstring strain, so it's not much of a surprise he'll head to the minors to get back up to game speed before being activated. Marte could return sometime next week if he does begin the rehab stint Thursday or Friday.

McNeil exited Tuesday's game against the Orioles with "body cramps," Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

The 29-year-old started off 2-for-2 but pulled up while trying to stretch a single into a double during the fourth inning, and he promptly exited the contest. It's a vague initial diagnosis, so McNeil should be considered day-to-day until the team offers more specifics on the injury.

Haggerty is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Dodgers, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

The 26-year-old finds himself on the bench for the second straight game with Dylan Moore starting in left field Tuesday. Haggerty's role will take a hit later this week with top prospect Jarred Kelenic expected to be promoted Thursday.

Barretto will miss 10-to-12 months following Tommy John surgery, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Barreto was in the mix for a bench role this spring but was shut down with elbow inflammation. He'll now miss the entirety of this season and potentially the start of next year as well. This timeline means he's unlikely to be ready at the start of camp and may not be ready for the start of the regular season.

Arroyo (hand) isn't expected to spend more than the minimum 10 days on the injured list, Julian McWilliams of The Boston Globe reports.

Arroyo left Wednesday's game against the Tigers with a bruised left hand and was placed on the injured list Sunday. He'll be eligible to return at the beginning of next week.
